Palma de Mallorca Airport handles international and domestic passenger flights and is operated by Aena. It supports both holiday travel and other scheduled journeys. Passenger volumes are particularly seasonal, so check your airline's instructions and the airport's current information when preparing to travel.
Departures and passenger services
Follow the current terminal signs and flight information displays for check-in, security and the assigned boarding area. Aena has announced a relocated security checkpoint at the check-in area on level 2; use current signs rather than relying on an older terminal layout. Check-in and boarding deadlines are set by the airline.
Aena lists car hire, shops and restaurants, Wi-Fi and parking among the airport's passenger services. Facilities and access conditions vary, so check the relevant service page when a particular facility is essential to your journey.
Ground transport
Public transport includes EMT city buses and TIB intercity services. Check the operators' current route information, operating dates and stops for your destination rather than assuming every service operates throughout the year. Taxi and car-hire options are also available. Follow current airport notices for the correct pick-up area.
Accessibility and assistance
Aena's Barrier Free service supports passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility through departure, arrival and connecting-flight procedures. Request assistance through the airline when arranging travel and follow Aena's booking instructions; the operator asks for at least 48 hours' notice. Passengers using their own mobility equipment should check the airline's carriage conditions.
Use the airport and airline's current information for the final details of your journey, especially terminal arrangements, boarding instructions and ground-transport changes.
