A slower beach day at S'Amarador

Make this a separate beach day rather than another walking circuit. Bring the essentials, respect dunes and follow the day's bathing advice.

    1. Parc Natural Maritimoterrestre es Trenc-Salobrar de Campos

Es Trenc, if departure arrangements allow

Include this outing only if you have enough time before departure; otherwise choose it instead of S'Amarador on day four. Use authorised access and respect restricted wetland and dune areas.

This four-night proposal uses Santanyí as a town base for a holiday shaped by coves, protected landscapes and time to browse. The planned outings return to the same accommodation, and a free day leaves room for the market or simply a slower morning. It is designed for travellers who prefer a few deliberate days to a hurried list of beaches.

A town stay and time for the market

Choose accommodation for the daily routine you want. A town stay can make cafés and browsing part of the morning and evening; a coastal property offers a different kind of holiday. Check the actual setting before booking.

Keep one full day for Santanyí. If the market matters to your visit, align that free day with the current local calendar rather than assuming a particular arrival date.

Day two: Mondragó with a walking focus

Choose one official visitor itinerary and give the landscape your attention. Dry-stone work and traditional land use can make the nature visit interesting beyond a beach photograph. Confirm the route and access that suit your group before setting out.

Day four: S'Amarador for beach time

Return to the coastal landscape with a different purpose: a relaxed beach day. Bring the essentials and follow established access. Swim only when conditions permit, and leave dunes and vegetation undisturbed.

The separation between the walking and beach days is deliberate. Neither has to be rushed to make room for the other.

Es Trenc as a final-day option

The itinerary includes a possible Es Trenc outing on departure day, only if your travel arrangements leave enough time. Otherwise substitute it for S'Amarador on day four. Respect the natural park's access rules and do not treat every part of the wetland landscape as open to visitors.

Four nights are the suggested planning length. No accommodation, admissions or transport are reserved, and the final-day option should be dropped whenever it makes departure feel rushed.
