This five-night family holiday keeps the accommodation fixed and the programme deliberately light. Alcúdia is the base, with one planned natural-beach outing and one short town visit. The open days are part of the proposal: families can use them for rest, familiar routines and decisions made together.
Choosing the base
Select accommodation according to how the family actually spends a day. Check sleeping arrangements, meals, access and the specific setting before booking. A historic-town experience and a beach-resort routine suit different priorities, even when both appear under the Alcúdia destination name.
Arrival and departure remain free of organised visits. Airport transport and accommodation are separate bookings.
Day two: Es Comú, with preparation
Use Es Comú for a beach outing only if its natural setting works for your group. Check the access and carry the essentials. Families needing toilets, food service or particular access features should confirm these and choose a serviced section instead if necessary.
Keep the visit as short as you like. Follow bathing flags and local advice, and supervise children in the water. There is no requirement to swim for the outing to be worthwhile.
Day four: a modest Pollença visit
Make the cultural day manageable: a walk, something to notice and time for lunch. A climb or museum can be added when it suits the children travelling, but the day does not depend on completing either.
Return to the same base afterwards. The car legs describe the suggested mode of travel, not a timed driving schedule.
Leave the other days open
Use the unscheduled time for your accommodation's routine, a simple beach day or another look at Alcúdia. Choose the plan according to energy rather than trying to recover a missed attraction.
