Two weeks in Mallorca: 14 nights with four contrasting bases
Four bases balance city culture, a valley walking day, northern beaches and southeast coves: 3 nights in Palma, 4 in Sóller, 4 in Port de Pollença and 3 in Santanyí.

Four bases over fourteen nights
This two-week Mallorca proposal uses fourteen overnight stays as a planning choice: three nights in Palma, four in Sóller, four in Port de Pollença and three in Santanyí. The change of bases creates variety without requiring a move every day. It is a travel suggestion rather than a booked package, and fourteen nights should not be read as fourteen fixed calendar-day programmes.
The main transfers are proposed by car. The saved connections do not establish driving routes, journey times or parking arrangements. Arrange the vehicle and parking for your actual accommodation and use the operating information for each attraction.
Palma: settle into culture and food
Three nights leave room for arrival, one principal cultural outing and time for the city. The saved market-and-museum excursion is a useful anchor, with fresh-food shopping placed before later activities. Move it to an appropriate opening day rather than trying to use a closed museum or market.
Keep another meal or heritage visit flexible. The point of starting with Palma is to enjoy the city with attention, not to collect every monument before moving on.
Sóller: one substantial walk, then an easier day
The four-night stay includes the documented Sóller–Fornalutx valley circuit as an optional activity. It is rated medium, with a published walking estimate of three hours and 22 minutes before longer stops, and its guide excludes children under six. Use current access information and choose a town day instead if the circuit does not fit the group.
A separate outing to Port de Sóller gives the next day a different pace. The remaining time can absorb a shorter walk, a relaxed meal or recovery without forcing another demanding route.
Port de Pollença: choose each active day
Four nights provide room for Formentor, the optional Cala Sant Vicenç road ride and a Playa de Muro beach day. Keep these as separate choices. The lighthouse outing depends on the current traffic scheme and a suitable bus service; the road ride requires riders comfortable on asphalt roads.
At Playa de Muro, choose a sector and access point that match the group's needs. This outing does not require entering s'Albufera and remains independent of the park's current closure notice.
Santanyí: finish with coves and nature
The final three nights leave time for Cala Llombards and Mondragó on separate days. A beach outing need not become an unmarked coastal scramble, and a park visit can be as modest or active as the group requires.
Keep the departure arrangements separate from this regional sequence. Flights, ferries, accommodation, hire, admissions and meals are not booked, and no daily timetable has been verified. The value of the proposal is its balance: an urban start, a walking base, northern coast choices and a slower southeast finish.
